I am looking at junior colleges for when i get out of highschool. If I go to SBCC and do all the prerequisites can i also apply to other programs at community college? are all the prerequistes generally the same? and also, how long does SBCC waiting list usually take? or any waiting list for that matter.

Hello,

Once your prerequisites are complete the RN program has aprox a 2 year waitlist. Most of the schools around here have similar prerequisites which are usually listed on their websites. I've heard that Ventura's waitlist is a little shorter, and Allan Hancock in Santa Maria has a waitlist of about 2 years also.
If you can I would suggest moving out of the area and going to a school that doesn't have a waitlist... I wish I could do that
