Hospice/Home Health Nursing - Los Angeles

Can anyone suggest, refer, offer advice, etc. on any agencies that a person can look into for helping to decide what to do with a family member who has a few medical conditions? Is there anything out there for live-in nurses maybe (other than a visiting nurse)? Any & all help, links, tel #'s, names of individuals who work independently, anything & everything will be appreciated!

Thank you so much!

(Also posting this in the Hospice & California forums for as many hits as possible - hope that's not too redundant & hope it's ok)
