help with nclex application for licensure by examination cali.

hi nurses! :-) im new here. i just hope someone can help me with my questions regarding application for licensure by examination in california.i have questions regarding whether i need to send them a photocopy of my license here in the phil.the thing is i just passed the board exam and i have no idea when they will issue us our license.do i need to wait for prc to issue my license or a photocopy of diploma will do?

and has anyone here experienced sending an application to board of registered nursing cali?i wonder how many months will it take before they will approve or deny the application. i

and im also wondering if a relative from california can deliver the application in person and pay the fee in person but the address is from the philippines.coz i read they have an address for in person delivery or is it just applicable in those who are from california?
