Unfortunately, your local job market is so saturated with new grad LVNs that many facilities and agencies are only seeking to hire those with experience. I graduated with a BSN a year ago and haven't found squat yet .... feel like giving up. I send out applications daily and no luck.

Yup, I'm in the same boat. It's depressing because as time goes by my student loans are piling up and yet I can't even work. Nobody will hire me with out any experience. Time is passing, and slowly I'm becoming outdated. Just do what I'm doing, keep looking everyday and then keep applying. Good Luck!
