Regarding to your question, are you asking me if working on the floor as an RN easier because of my LPN experience or are you asking me if the RN Program is easier for me because I was an LPN?
I think I will answer both!
It is easier to work on the floor as an RN because I had 4 years of giving medication experience.
But it is not easier for the RN Program, it depends on who is your professor/instructor. Because you are an LPN, so you should have higher standard! Your class will be divided into 2 parts--class & clinical! I think the clinical was hard because the instructor was looking over my shoulders! She could fail me for the "small" things. Failing twice will be "terminated" from school...So it was not easy at all!
