Fresno Nurses! Advice please!

Hi, I am an RN new to Fresno. I've been out of nursing for 5 years but have 4 year experience in tele/ms. I am not sure if I want to go back to that or not, but I want to know if you have any recommendations on where 1) pays well 2) have good working conditions/ nurse satisfaction. I want to know especially about smaller hospitals/clinics/urgent cares/doctors offices... and if you don't mind telling, what is the average pay of BSN RN with 4 year experience??
