fresno/clovis hospital info

I have been in Fresno since November 2006. I moved from Michigan to here b/c my fiance got a job here. I basically took my NCLEX in michigan, then came here. I got a job at Children's Hospital Central California (they were the first to offer it to me when I came to visit in september of 2006). I like it there, to a certain extent, but I am missing what I used to do, and that was working in psych.

Can anyone tell what Community Behavioral Hospital is like? What about pay, patients, staff? I have to stay at children's for a least a year, but I am really missing psych and think I would like to go back..

Also any info for a new grad/nurse about californias "nursing" rules etc would be great. Any other infomation would be great.. Thanks you all so much..
