I know it's a UNAC union facility, not CNA. It used to be an open shop, but now has union security.

I know you prefer union, so it's probably a good fit. It just seems from most of your posts that you like CNA more. Good luck in whatever you do!

I know this is a really old thread but i just got a new grad job at this hospital and never had a clinical there so I'm curious what others think about this hospital. I will be working in the ER and they offer the Versant new grad program which is an 18 week long program. I'm going in soon to fill out paperwork and probably learn what those 18 weeks consist of.
Does anyone have any work experience at this hospital? any thoughts??
