did anyone failed nclex with innovative questions?

Hello everybody! did anyone got 5 innovative questions,75 items in nclex rn and failed the exam? Coz upto now I still didnt recieve my nclex results.....
Im worried as each day passes....tanx....

Quite a few have passed. The issue that you have is whether or not you have SSN#, and which state that you took the exam for. If CA, it will be about two to three week wait if you are in the US, or four weeks if overseas. You did not post the state that you took it for.
