CSULB versus CSUF for Entry-Level

Is anyone familiar with the EL-MSN programs in either CSULB or CSUF? I'm wondering which one offers better options for the master's portion. Specifically, does either offer NP specialization?

Also, I guess I should ask more generally, which school has a better program? Any complaints or praises for either one? I'm about equidistant to either school so I'm up in the air about which one to really go for.
