Commuting Info for nurses

Hello I hope whoever is reading this is having a great day.

I have a question. I would like to start a shuttle business of transporting hospital staff from one designated area to their hospitals and back. I want to do this on all three shifts. Does anyone think that this will work? I have a sister in law who commutes all the time and I want to help people like you to have a way to get home without having to drive everyday back and forth. Will this work for anyone?
