Clinical Nurse/ New Grad

i'm confused. are clinical nurses I and II the same as "new grad?" if not, what are they then?

Clinical nurse I is usually the same as "New grad" but its is not a "New grad program" typically an clinical nurse I has less than a year experience. Clinical nurse II has more than a year or two experience depending on the facilities. Just look at the # of years required if less than 1 year a new grad can apply.
