Not necessarily. They were calling people all last week, so we don't know how many have already been notified and how many are left.

Called HR and I spoke to the receptionist again. She said they consider our cumulative GPA not just Nursing GPA.

She also said that today is not the last day for calls and to give them until the end of this week or middle of next week because they still have a lot of calls to make. They said that they did not know how many have been called or how many are left to be called.

I know we are getting mixed info here, so I guess we just have to wait and see. No one seems to give me a straight answer. I think the only ones who really know are the recruiters themselves. So, if anyone can get any info from the recruiters when you are called, can you please update us? It would really be appreciated. I know there was already a previous post regarding a convo with one, but we still need clarification.

Does anyone know about Cedars' decision process? Who has the last say? Do the managers who interviewed us make a great impact on the decision or is it mostly our portfolios? And for those who got hired, during the interview did they tell you that they liked you or were you given the impression that you most likely would be hired? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

the person i spoke to is named in the email that went out with the open house invite. (i'd say her name here but i've been cited for it a couple times because it is against terms of service, now i know better)... i was transferred to her to update my resume by the receptionists... with about an hour left before 5 i have not gotten a call yet.

I think she's the recruiter. I think she would have the most accurate info.

What did she say when you called to update you resume with your license?

When I called a couple of weeks ago to update mine with my lic, she said it did not make a difference as long as we had a lic by the time we started. So don't think she even got my name down. Should I try again?

all she said was congratulations and pulled up my app to update then said that today was the last day for calls..i even clarified by saying "today by 5" and she said yes....

Thanks for the info candleguy. I obviously have not recived a phone call either. But hey, getting your license is a big accomplishment. Let's just be glad that nightmare is over and hope for the best in our future. I believe that things happen for a reason, and if we are not selected, something better will come our way. Just sit tight and don't lose faith.

I am seriously hoping someone else will post that they got a job offer!!!???

I would like to know if you received the package already? I haven't received any packages yet. They just call me to set up the physical exam. When are you starting? Did you get a study guide with it? Congratulations to all that made to the program, and to the rest keep trying and don't get discourage.
