Can anyone tell me how Children's Hospital at Oakland is?

by tauries Premium Member

Hello,

I just called Human Resources today and they told me that they do not have a new grad program for recent nursing grads. So I'm wondering, how would I get in? I mean I currently work as a nurse assistant but have no RN experience, how do they recruit their nursing grads? Is it like an on the job training kind of thing? Can anyone tell me more about this hospital??
