California Nursing Loan Repayment/Scholarship?

Has anyone applied for/gotten the nursing scholarship/loan repayment program from the California OSHPD? Is anyone currently serving their 2 years in a "medically undeserved area"?

I'm thinking of applying, but haven't heard anything about it!
