California Nurses Association (CNA)

Is anyone familiar with the CNA?

There is are multiple issues in our unit. Unfortunetly, the union rep is part of the "issue" in our unit and going to the local rep has proven futile since they have been friends for years. The state reps in Sacramento have been contacted only to have them refer us back to the local rep.

Other than a formal letter, any ideas?
