Bachelor of Science Nursing Loan Repayment Program..have you done it?

I am a pre-nursing student doing the last few pre-req's. I am considering going to a private school if my attempts at the cal-states prove fruitless. Has anyone done this california program called Bachelor of Science Nursing Loan Repayment Program? I understand you have to work two years in a medically underserved area. If you've done this program, I have a few questions:

Do they pay you didly-squat?
Do you like this program, would you do it again or reccomend it to anyone you know?
Do they help you find employement or you have to find it yourself?


Please let me know any insights into this program, it would greatly appreciated!
