Azusa Pacific Unversity--accelerated program and working?

HI.

I just recently got accepted to Azusa Pacific's new nursing program in San Diego, EENAP.

I was wondering if anyone is already taking the nursing program with Azusa and if you recommend working at the same time.

thanks!

I have a son in APU in Azusa,Ca. He is a full time student.
He is now attending 1st sem of the 3 years BSN Accelerated program.
His GPA is 3.7 .and only 40 students were admitted/selected to the APU BSN Program and it's based on grades.
Attend school first and find out if you can work and study at same time.
But if you don't really need to work , by all means, BE A FULL TIME STUDENT.

The TUITION FEE for the Accelerated Program runs at about $12,000 per semester.

I'm in the 2nd year of the SCAN accelerated program at APU...
I think almost everyone who held a PT job in our program had to let it go. It was just too intense, especially in the summer, to be able to handle everything.
Not sure if yours is much different than the one we're in...
I have kids myself, and I know I could not handle any more than I had on my plate.

Hi there---I have an interview with Azusa Pacific for their EENAP program and was curious if you had an interview with them as well. If you did--what type of questions did they ask? I am expecting the normal "why do you want to be a nurse?" but was curious if the had anything out of the ordinary. Also--how do you like the program? I appreciate it--thanks!!

amarra,

Did you get into Azusa? If so, how is it so far? Do you like it? What was the interview about? Sorry for all the questions, I just applied for Spring 2010.

Hi Teresa,

Have you already received an acceptance letter from them? I'm just wondering how long we need to wait for the response

good luck!
