Anyone taken the Lagerquist NCLEX Review?

Hi. I am some other students at my school have signed up for Sally Lagerquist's NCLEX review course, while others decided to go for Kaplan. Has anyone here take that course? I would like to know how you liked it and if it helped. Also, for recent graduates, did you send your transcript to the BRN after your degree was on it? Or before you graduated? Or both?
Thanks...

Hi,
I took both Lagerquist and Kaplan. The Lagerquist was great for content review. I actually took it a few months before NCLEX. I took Kaplan the week before. Kaplan gives you a lot of information but specifically, it teaches you how to think like NCLEX to pass the test. Both were excellent classes. I was lucky in that my hospital paid for my Kaplan test.

Your transcripts get sent by your school once you graduate. I know our classes were all sent together at one time. The director of our program collected everyone's request for transcripts and she took it from there. You don't have to wait until the BRN receives your transcripts to take the test. They just won't release your results until they have them.

Good luck on your NCLEX.
