Anyone know general starting pay for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center?

In the SF Bay Area, the going rates for new grad RNs is $32 to $38/hr. This does not include the differential for weekends and nights (10% to 20% on top of the going rates). Here's info on El Camino Hospital (in Mtn View, CA):

Some 12 hour shifts available in the critical care units

For this, Per Diem Nurse receives a higher pay rate in lieu of benefits. Four weekend shifts per month may be approved by manager as an alternate schedule to 8 shifts per month.

Look like not many hospitals still doing that. Even Kaiser changed its policy I heard.
