Any OR RNs in El Camino Hospital

by qtRN

Hello! Just want to ask OR RNs from El Camino Hospital and the working conditions in the OR. Is the OR in El camino a good place to work in which supports staff nurses to excel and advance their practice? How about the benefits and salary? is the documentation paper or computer charting?
I know the El Camino is a Magnet-designated hospital. I have worked and is working in a Magnet hospital. Unfortunately, not all magnet hospitals live up to the 14 forces of magnetism.

Thank you very much in advance.
