any mills peninsula nurses?

hello there, i'm a nurse who just moved to northern cali couple of mos ago and currently working in one of the best hosps ..I love this hosp but the sched is really not a good fit for me..I like to work 12 hr shift but this hosp does it on a seniority basis ..so it's like forever before you get this sched..I learned that MILLS is offering 12 shift to the new employee if you work in critical care units..tcu /icu.Can you give me an input as to the working conditions and how nurses are treated in this facility?I'm also looking for a good benefit..like a 100 percent coverage, which I believe HMO coverage provides.what is the rn ratio in TCU?Any inputs will be so much appreciated..
