Any California schools that allow in progress work?

I just need physiology. I've complete micro, anatomy, psychology (intro and birth to death dvlpment), sociology, physics, chemistry, nutrition, and even speech/communications. I am enrolled for the spring semester to take physiology and will complete by may of this year. I applied to Concordia in Irvine and can't seem to find any other schools in California that allow in progress work. I would like to apply to atleast one more school as Concordia will only accept 33 students.
