I started out as a new grad at AV Hospital back in June 2006 and the pay for day shift was about $26/hr. It may be about $28/hr now. Sorry I can't give you a more recent pay rate. You have the potential to make really good money there though. If you're full-time (3 days a week) and you work a 4th shift, you're paid double time for that shift. If you're part time (2 days a week) and you work a 3rd shift, you're paid time and a 1/2 for that shift and then the 4th shift will be double time. They had this good pay rate for extra shifts back when I worked there and they're still doing this. I applied again to work at this hospital last month so I know the info on extra shifts is up to date.
