Alta Bates

i did a bsn student rotation there. I cannot speak for the pay, but the morral and helpfullness of the staff surpassed any other accute care hospital i have studied in the east bay. I will say that the patients are tough though--mostly from lower socioeconomic backgrounds who neglect their health and refuse all advice.
