Additional Certifications for LVN

I have been out of state for 2 years. While I was out, I recieved my IV and Central Line Certification, (34 hrs.)- from Florida.
Is that still good here in California?
The program also covered Phlebotomy as well, (I was a Certified Phlebotomist here in Claifornia before I got my LVN).
Do I need an additional certificate for that (Phlebotomy), as well, or would my IV Cert cover that?
Lastly, can I get EKG Certified, or can I just get ACLS, or do I need both?

Where should I look in Southern California?

Thank you so much!
