A little desperate

I am a California RN, in an administrative role. Stupidly, I drank to excess, crashed my car, no harm to anyone. I am not yet convicted but will be. jail not likely.

If any California RN has experience with this process and informing the board if convicted, you would be doing me a tremendous favor by sharing information.

I am just a little desperate...

Each case is handled on an individual basis by the BRN. We are unable to offer legal advice here. Suggest that you contact an attorney that specializes in going before the CA BRN.
