Please help, dissertation question

by kw1406

Hello everyone,

I'm a UK undergraduate nursing student, trying to start my dissertation . I really want to do something relating to burns injuries!!!
My first idea was to do with comparison between different formulae- calculations but my supervisor turned it down as it was not nursing enough . I'm looking for a new topic but I just don't know what to do as I do not have my experience in burns nursing.
Could anyone please give me some idea for an evidence based project? And what is the current hot topic in burns nursing? Thank you very much,

Caroline
