The people that do these information seminars are most likely recruiters. He was a recruiter when I attended the one for Apollo College. I seriously doubt a recruiter is going to be different from one school to another. I also doubt someone from the actual nursing department will have the time to come by one of these seminars.
IMHO, you are doing the right thing by asking people who actually attend these schools. Also, while you are trying to decide where you want to go, start studying for the CPAt test and the NET test as those are what I assume all of the schools are looking for.

And, if the seminar and the presenter didn't impress you, maybe Apollo isn't for you. Just remember that a recruiter is just a salesman and some people will tell you whatever you want to hear (or not hear) just to close a sale.
