    Does anybody know of any AR hospitals that will pay your tuition costs and/or costs of living of nursing school in exchange for working for them for a certain number of years? I've heard that some hospitals do this, but I'm not sure where to look. Thanks for any and all input!

    The VA Hospitals have two different programs for Arkanasas, one of which you would receive a salary while you went to school but would have to work a minimum amount of hours when on break. I'm not sure but I believe you have to work there a year first and this of course comes with a committment to work for them for a time. That is the only one I know of myself. Hope that helps.
