    Can anyone who has worked at either Willow Creek Women's Hospital (Northwest Health System), Mercy/ St. Marys, or Washington Regional say whether the benefits or pay scale is better than the others? I got an email from Northwest Health System that their starting base pay for RN is 17.75 and they sent me a printout of their benefits package. I have been unable to get a response from the other hospitals. Thanks!
