Interviewed in AR

I just flew back home form arkansas. I interviewed at hospital near fayetteville and I think everything went well. It's a very beautiful facility. Backhome I'm making about 25 base and was told by my interviewer that l wouldn't get close to that. She also had mentioned NG nurses made around 10$ (BASE?) does that sound right. If an offer is made to me what should l expect as a going rate? I currently have about 1 year of subacute nursing experience.
