Fired once, then temporary and let go with no good references

I have been in nursing for almost three years , two years practicing. It's been awful...My first real job , I was dischargedb/c of some mistakes and the manager did not like me...if it was a different manager, I would still be there...my second job was temporary (prn/ pool) and I was let go b/c 'I need to prioritize better and see into the future better' w/ no evaluation and only two days orientation. Now I have no good references with two years experience and no job because of the above . Does anyone have any advice?
