    My husband is working in Conway, AR. I am an ER nurse and would like some info on working conditions in the different hospital ER's in and around Little Rock. Which one is best to work at? Does anyone work at Conway Regional? I have looked online at Baptist Health Little Rock, Baptist Health North Little Rock, UAMS, and St. Vincent's. It is hard to get a good picture just from websites. Thanks!
