Just wanted to know average pay for nurses in AR..thx

hello everyone. i was reading some of your reply's and was wandering if anyone new what rn's are making in the mountain home ark. area. i was born in arkansas and moved away with my military husband right after highschool and became a nurse and in ky i started out as anew nurse on a weekend option program making close to 30 dollars and hour. we are moving back to arkansasa soon and i was wandering what pay was. its not sounding too good at all. im worried. hope it gets better.

I am still wondering about what is the best pay in Arkansas. I will be a new grad in May (God's will). I know St. Vincents starts out 17.50 a hr. not sure about shift differentials etc. After I am oriented, I want to work the weekend nights and some over time. What hospital has the best ot pay, differentials in Arkansas. Does anyone know what he VA starts out at. I am interested in workin there but not sure about they pay and I think they pay less to ADN grads. I know I can't go agency right now so I want to find the best pay for the next 2-3 yrs. and then think about agency.

Does anyone live/work in the El Dorado/Camden area? Any ideas about starting RN salaries around there?
