Laws Changing for Nurses

Does anyone know about upcoming changes that would affect nurses who work as therapist. I was told that some changes are coming down the pike that would prevent companies from hiring nurses as therapist.

I am not sure I have heard of anything like this, but when I searched the bills in the government there was one about practicing as a therapist w/o a license. You can look here and see what you find: http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/Search...oricalbil.aspx
