    Hi all,
I'm starting my first year of nursing school Fall 2012. Has anyone attended NAU or is anyone familiar with it? I'm wondering if the work is particularly challenging or if it is a fairly average school. I'm already becoming worried about the work load and the difficulty of it, so any input would be appreciated! Thank you!

Each state has specific nursing programs discussion areas. Moved to our AZ Nursing Programs forum--see previous threads here,
  5. Which campus will you be attending? I cannot speak much for the program, but I will be in the Tucson program. I received my list of things to do, my book list and uniform/supplies list. Lots of books, but since they will be used for the entire program, I wouldn't be too worried about the workload just yet. Don't let the thought of your impending workload discourage you or make you think you can't do it. I know I will use an extensive system of reminders and study materials to help me plan how to get things done on time.

Of course, I say all of this without having stepped foot in a nursing classroom. I will cling to my optimism like a life raft!

It's not too bad, study hard have fun and do as many NCLEX type practice questions. I am just finishing my 2nd semester @ the Yuma campus. No one has failed in my group, and if you look at some of the nurses out there practicing and they got through it so can you.
