Trying to pad my resume in preparation for entering the workforce in 18 months. :chuckle Just wondering where one goes to take these courses? Would it all be through the Red Cross?
You do not need all three of them, unless you are going to be working in all of these types of units. NRP is essentially just for nurses who work in Labor and Delivery and nurseries, PALS for pediatrics or ER, etc...............
I have all three, but I use them all on a very consistent basis. They are usually offered thru local hospitals, just contract the ones that are in your area.
The company I use to get my recert for my ACLS/PALS & CPR is LBW,LLC great group of people. Lynn Browne-Wagner is an RN w/BSN and has her own company. Location is 1010 E. McDowell Rd, Suite 201, Phx., you can go online to check out dates of classes : http://www.LBWLLC.com
