What is the dress code at Phoenix Children's?

U.S.A. Arizona

For anyone who works at Phoenix Children's Hospital...is there a particular dress code for the nurses, or are they free to wear any color and/or print scrubs? Thanks!:santa:

No restrictions. Most nurses wear scrub tops in their choice of color/print. Some floors wear t-shirts with scrub pants.

Thanks, boomer!

Perioperative dept supplies their staff with navy blue scrubs. They are available in locker rooms to wear for the day and to leave them behind after work. :)

Has anyone heard if they've made the calls for this round of the GAPP program? Did they do all internal applicants again? Thanks for any info.

They have finished up their first round of interviews and have apparently been doing some more interviews this week. No, they have not just hired internal applicants, cause I don't work there and I landed a GAPP position last week :yeah:! There is a thread about it under the student; graduate nurse forum. Did you apply?

I did but didn't get a call. I feel God has other plans for me. Thanks for the info!

Congrats on the position!! I have an interview on Tuesday, is there anything you can tell me to prepare? I am nervous and am not sure what to expect.

Have you started yet? If so, how is it going? What unit are you assigned to?
