western arizona regional medical center vs valley view medical center?

we are moving to arizona and I was hoping for any feedback regarding the above mentioned hospitals. i currently have a year experience in medical surgical setting. I however am planning to transition into a specialized unit. any background regarding the hospital, pay, relocation assistance (if there is), and the population they usually cater to. Would greatly appreciate any info.
