When and where did u get accepted, and when was your date and Time stamp?? I am crossing my fingers I get my first choice, I have been waiting for a good 2 years, hopefully this is the Time. I can't wait to get started on my way to finally becoming a nurse :nurse:. My time stamp is 10/16/09 8:06am

I was placed in the SHC Traditional Program for Spring 2012. My time stamp was 06/2010 (sorry, I couldn't remember the time and I don't see it on my status page anymore). I've only been an employee at SHC for 6 months, so I'm feeling extremely lucky to only have been waiting a little over a year total to be placed into a program.

My friend was placed at PV for this spring. Her date/time was 2/19/2010 8:01:42.

My date/time stamp is 2/19/10 8:00:32..and I haven't been placed..so I'm looking forward to the 2nd round of placements. *fingers crossed*

Wow I looked into employment and SHC to see if I could go that route as well. Congrats!! What job did you get through SHC if you don't mind me asking?

I found a job working in Nutrition and Food Services. I really enjoy it as I get a fair amount of patient contact and it's great for networking with nurses on the floor.

Lindsayem - thats is great you enjoy it! thats what ive been looking for. ive applied several time but nothing. congrats again! i still have another you of waiting, but in due time. are you going to continue working at shc while doing the rn program?

Thank you! I plan on working there during the program. As long as I work 16/week I get my tuition and books paid for. I'm also hoping it will help me get a job as a new grad. It took me a few months of applying before I actually got an interview. If you're still interested, don't overlook on-call positions. From what I've seen, on-call employees still work a set schedule like a part-timer, they are just not eligible for any benefits (and everyone who is on-call in my department moved into a part-time position pretty quickly if they wanted to).

Lindsayem-Thank you for the advice on the on-call positions!! I will keep applying, hopefully something will eventually become available.

Any new placements after yesterdays pull of applicants? If so please post time and date stamp. Thanks

I got placed into SCC Traditional, it was my first pick and I had a time stamp of 2/19/10 8:00:32. Super excited to finally be moving forward.

I got phoenix college for Jan 2012 and was time stamped Feb 2010.
