- Nov 28, '10 by krean21Quote from Silverdragon102yeah they need an evaluation of the course, english test and previous license from other states. That is for Endorsement for LPN's graduated in a foreign country? Why do i need to have this done? God frustrated, thought its gonna be easy in transferring the license from WV to arizona.Moved to the Arizona state forum, Have you checked out teh state BON and seen what requirements are for endorsement?
- Nov 28, '10 by Silverdragon102If you trained outside the US you will always be seen as a foreign trained and have to meet their requirements. I as a RN was licensed in NY and had a job in AZ and had to go through CES with CGFNS even though I had met NY requirements. This is just the state's way of making sure your training meets their training requirements
