    Hey guys...I am considering a move from Florida to Arizona...in particular the Lake Havasu area. What is it like living in Arizona? How is Lake Havasu?

    i live in phoenix and am always surprised how freaking hot lake havasu is when i drive through. can't tell you much else... it's a small city in the middle of the desert/nowhere and is a spring break destination.

    I agree! I'm an AZ native and have always lived in the valley. The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Lake Havasu is "Freakin' HOT!". Yeah, I know the valley is hot, but for some reason Lake Havasu is just insanely hot to me .... probably because of the high temps AND high humidity.

    Are you retiring from FL? Havasu is fun for about 1-week out of the year.
