Fingerprint card suspended

Im and LPN in arizona, long story short I have my fingerprint card cleareance suspended for disoderly conduct/ threats. Found my husband cheating and made a wrong decision to confront other women. I just went to court and the charges were dismissed with deferred prosecution. Now how can I get my card back. i knw there is an appeal process. Has anyone ever gone thru this. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
