Do Bilingual RN even make any extra in pay?If the program is still around they do not maintain a wait list for Fellows. They interview, select, and if you don't make it - you can reapply.
I remember I considered it like 2 years ago and I thought I was told that there wasn't any extra in pay for a Bilingual Nurse....

All other programs seem to have years and years of waiting lists . Thanks! If the program is still around they do not maintain a wait list for Fellows. They interview, select, and if you don't make it - you can reapply.

I speak spanish fluently but if I'm not getting extra money I'm not going to do a Bilingual program, just doesn't make sense to me.Not one dime of extra pay...but lots of respect/appreciation from your co-workers. If you work at Banner, you will need every word of your Spanish language skills...
Best of Luck elle_luna !
