Gateway Banner Nurse Fellows Program

Check the Banner Nurse Fellows thread, it helped me out a bunch when I applied. Lots of good info, going back a number of years. The biggest think to do is read over the mission statement for Banner and relate the goals back to examples from your life. It worked for me, I start at MCC in March. Hope that helps.

I was just wondering if you got my pm that I sent you. You've really got to have an individualistic approach to the questions asked. That is somewhat vague and everyone has a different way of conveying what the interview process was like. This may very well explain why the thread that you looked at before went off on "rabbit trails". Good luck!!
