As a standard, are office RN's paid the same, more, or less than hospital RN's? This would be the same healthcare system that owns both.

- Apr 23, '06 by EricJRNGenerally, there is less money in clinic nursing, although there are exceptions. I am sure there are some systems out there who do pay inpatient and outpatient nurses at the close to the same rate. The tradeoff might be well worth it if you're looking for better hours or a change in scenery.
