RN role in dermatologic offices

I would like to talk to anyone working in a derm office. Interested in your role in that office and what types of activities involved in. What types of procedures you do, etc. Range of pay, etc. I have opportunity to work in derm office as an RN...first RN for them...I need to pave the way and need info.
