    Good morning, does anyone have a resource for quality control guidelines for the office? For example, literature showing how often QC needs to be done for glucometer, HGB machine, etc.? I know what the guidelines are, but have nothing in writing, if you know of a good website or resource,please let me know!

    Not sure of a specific source other than to quote in your policy whatever the manufacturer's recommendations are for a particular piece of equipment. Hope someone else can help . I suspect CLIA has definite ideas on this - here's one link:
