Protocols for Walk-in clinics

I am hoping someone can help me with this. Our walk-in clinic has 3-4 providers on at all times (md and Np). They have asked me to come up with protocols for some of the most common patient types that we see to help direct the assessment/care the LPNs give prior to the providers seeing the patient. For example: getting a urine dip on patients with UTI symptoms, 12 lead EKG for chest pain. Does anyone have anything like this set up for their clinic. If so maybe you could share or help me set up my own. Thanks.
